I forgot who said this, but I have it written down somewhere:
"You cannot run away from your fear. You must sometime fight it out or perish, and if that be so, why not now and where you stand?"
That's not exact, but close. I like it because I tend to procrastinate the things that I don't understand or am scared of, and this quote has helped me face those over the years.
