tonight i came home from work and made myself dinner which is great because dinner is usually top ramen, del taco or meat from my dads house. i made the wonderful chicken enchiladas which i haven't had since forever! it reminded me of the good old days at snow when we had these every night, not lying.

I love your enchiladas! They are amazing!! If it weren't for you, we would have probably had spaghetti every night!

Mmmmmm! I haven't had those since I threw them up from mono! Haha! I think I might finally be ready to eat them again cause they look so so good!
