i have a confession to make to you. last night, i went here. (for your sake, i won't mention their name) although i didn't enjoy this visit as much as i do yours, there were some great things. i really enjoyed the new better homes and garden line that they have now and they sure did have a lot of christmas things i liked. BUT, i am not convinced they are better than you. you too had a lot of great things this weekend, and last weekend, and the weekend before.
i heart you target.

country home
i LOVE magazines. i especially love magazines, their covers and articles, during the holidays. this is my favorite magazine and below is why. this christmas tree, the blue walls and the presents that are wrapped so cute say it all.

love the stockings and garland hanging from the stair case.
and this recipe tops it off and looks sooo good.

PS: i just realized this is my 100th post. yeah for me.

missing
so i have really been missing the little ones that I watched last week. today, their mother texted me and said that logan asked her to write my name on an envelope. she did it not thinking anything of it. later that day, she went outside and noticed the mailbox flag was up. she walked over there, opened the mailbox and sure enough, the envelope with my name on it was in there. she opened it up and found inside a picture with some letters and his name. the little bugger wrote me a letter and tried to mail it to me on his own. how darn cute is that! if only he knew my address and could put a stamp on it. i would have loved to receive such a thing in the mail. oh how i LOVE kids.

just perfect
that is warm enough to still wear flip flops but cool enough that you need a jacket. i love that football season has started. i don't follow it or have a favorite team or favorite player but i still love to watch it. i love that i can now spend my time up provo canyon looking at the different colored leaves and be exgtremely content. i love that grocery stores are filled with school supplies for new students. i love that i can put the heater on in my truck. i love that i can now start to wear my UGGS! oh i have missed them this summer. i love that it is finally time to burn my favorite candle, pumpkin spice. i love that halloween is only 2 months away and i can start to decorate any day now. i love that i now have to drive through two school zones to get to work. i love that i can go to the maverick and now get hot chocolate. most of all, i love the leaves from the old ladies tree next door that are starting to fall and land on my yellow lawn. my satellite dish can now be connected with the southern skies just in time for me to watch grey's anatomy which starts september 24th. welcome september, i am so happy you are finally here!

In love
I am in love with these Jessica Simpson shoes, especially the torquise ones. If Victoria Secret wasn't out of these in my size, I would own them.

One of the best? I think so...
So I might be a little bit behind but I was watching Oprah the other day and Simon Cowell was on there. He introduced one of the best performers he had EVER heard sing. I LOVE Simon so I wanted to hear more of her. She was the winner of Britains X factor. This was my faorite performance I found and one of my all time favorite songs. Simon even gave her a standing ovation...I got goosebumps. What do you think?
