My sister

My sweet sister's husband was in a dirt bike accident 2 weeks ago and has no feeling below the waste. We are super hopeful that things will be better but as of now, its looking like he may not be able to walk again. We are trying to do everything we can to take care of my sister, Nate and their baby Ashlyn. Everyone has been so supportive and has offered so much support and prayers. We have felt it and it is so appreciated.

We are putting together a fundraiser event with a live auction, dinner and a band for everyone to come and enjoy each others company and raise money for Kendall. We are also doing a raffle and have 3 great prizes to offer. First, is a Vespa scooter from Barber Bros. Second, is a 40 inch HD TV with a surround sound system and third, is a Sony Blue Ray Lap top. You can get your raffle tickets now. They are $5 a piece or 6 for $25. All the money goes to my sister and her family to help with the recovery of Nate. I need a vacation

After seeing this post, i really want to go on a vacation as nice as this one.

welcome spring time

every spring, washington state has a tulip festival. it is fields and fields of tulips and it is probably one of the most beautiful things i have ever seen. i went a few years ago with my family to see all the tulips. it was pouring rain, it was so muddy but it was so worth the trip. i saw these pictures and thought it was the perfect picture to post for the first day of spring.

last saturday, my mom, aunt and i put together a little baby shower shin dig for the sister. we ended up having a good turn out with lots of good company and lots of good food!

cancun trip, finally!

the beginning of the year, i got to go on a fabulous trip to Cancun provided by the wonderful people I work for. We had an amazing time! Here is a little recap...be prepared for lots and lots of pics!

When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by many men just like him with trays and trays on pina colads and strawberry daquirris...all virgin of course. The folks down there sure know how to treat ya

and we took full advantage of it!

Cheryl and Steph are the two girls I bunked up with. The first night we got there, we took a walk on the beach and then went to have an amazing dinner with an amazing dessert that tasted like heaven.

Our waiter "cinco" whipped up a tray full of these babies for us. It was amazing.

Because I was only there for 3 days, 2 of those days being primarily travel days, I wanted to spend as much time as the day would allow on the beach! We layed out most of the day trying to gain a tan , listen to our i pods, read some magazines and chat about life

I wish i could go back! thanks for a fab trip!
